Mechano Znord

the artist

I am a radio enthusiast and have a large parabola antenna in my back yard. Two months ago I started receiving weird signals. After a careful study it turned out to be heavily distorted Morse-codes. The decoded signal turned out to be in English. It is kinda weird, but the text has a mechanical touch to it. And the transmission did indeed end with: "Mechano Znord", which must be the signature of the transmitter.

Unfortunately I missed the first part of the transmission. The part that I got was mostly about the beauty of mechanical structures. Some passages didn't make sense to me:

"paris is lucky to have such a wonderful construct stop now that the war is over she should expand the metal web using all the metal used for the bulky ships and other war material stop why settle for less than the best stop perhaps she can be as great as i am going to be stop not quite stop the tower has proven a great inspiration stop"
Even though I don't fully understand this, I suspect that this passage has something important to tell me about the Mechano Znord.

I haven't received any further transmissions, but I promise I'll let you all know if I get more. I have my computer programmed to listen for the easily recognizable distorted Morse-codes of Znord.

the art

Mechanical structures. Probably web-like.

the beret

As far as I know: Znord's Beret is its structure. (Whatever that means).

It is difficult to describe Znord as I myself don't know much about him yet. I wish I was able to communicate with it/him/she, but I am in no position to. Unfortunately.

I'll let you know, as soon as I get to know.
