Oh sarah, I have been inventing myself since I realized I was an
artist! An unlimited budget means that I can have the Planet Earth
Crew working with me. What a wonderful idea! No more unemployment!
Now I can envision the entire human race working to help build
Neutopia! Everyone is paid about the same amount, but some people
have more social responsibility and influence than others.
Our first task is to gather all the creative thinkers and teachers
together to educate them about the Neutopian Order. We will do this by
every means available to us: radio, tv, newspapers, classrooms. We
are talking about creating a world-wide social revolution, or what I
call a lovolution, a non-violent spiritual revolution.
Our second task is to get everyone literate both in written and
computer language. To do this we want to set up computer centers or
cyberports in all neighborhoods--rich and poor--which will be opened
24 hours a day. At the cyberports, teachers and technicians will be
on hand to help people learn the ways of the Cyberculture. In order
for Neutopia to be a spiritual democracy everyone is given space on
the computer and the leisure time they need in order to become
productive, creative Netizens. Why it is vitally important that
everyone get online is because we will be organizing the lovolution
via Cyberspace. In order to get connected with one's role within the
global movement for social justice, one would need to know the
different programs set up to administer the Neutopian philosophy into
real life learning webs and communities.

Doctress Neutopia is basically a conceptional artist whose
mission is to change paradigms and lifestyles. But her grandest gift
is that of the art of governance. She is an artitician (art and
politics) who is sculpting and painting the dreams of the sustainable
ecocities or what architect Paolo Soleri calls arcologies
(architecture and ecology). Neutopia envisions life in magnificent
Neutopian ecocities where everyone shares the resources and everything
is recycled. No one is hungry in Neutopia.

Crone Neutopia's hat is a crown. In her world, the social
architectress is the ruler, ruling the world through a Neutopia model
of love between the sexes. There are no rubies or diamonds in Her
crown. Her crown is made of objects from the sea, for ultimately She
is the guardian of stuff of life, WATER. In Her meritocracy, one
gains power not through money, but from the wealth one generates by
enacting one's creative ideas necessary to save the human race from
extinction.
