There are a number of ways you can submit your own Virtual Artist. You can email it, you can mail it on hard copy, or you can fax it. Please contact me if you want to do any of these things at smiley@virtualberet.net.
There actually still is a Usenet group called alt.art.virtualberet! i haven't really kept up with it recently, however. Currently, i am looking to start up a space on 2nd Life called the Hat Room, which will incorporate all these submissions. If you are interested in helping with this project, please let me know.
