The Cambridge River Fest took place on the 6th September 1997, in Cambridge, Mass. The Virtual Beret Project took part in the festival, and this page contains berets created on the day using the chromakey table, and a bin of assorted odd objects.

One of the challenges was to convince parents not to just take pictures of their kids, but to actively participate either with their kids, or on their own, in creating virtual artists. We then gave them a color printout of their virtual artist.

The berets have the name of the person who submitted them first (in alphabetical order, followed by the name of the beret.
